This has got to be the easiest and most adorable Easter dress to make. Ever.
You will need:
• headband as pictured, 8 inches or more in width.
• 200 yards of tulle
•Fabric bow of choice
First, Cut tulle into two and a half yard pieces. Second, run tulle through the hole openings working it through until it is half the length on each side of the hole opening. Then go onto the next whole and repeat the process. Work the tulle through each whole, the entire circumference of the headband. Then repeat the process for two more layers. You will have three layers in all. Place the flower accessory on the bodice and you will have one beautifully bouncy Easter dress for your little girlie!
